Q:  What is your Privacy Policy?
A:  Nav-Data Technologies recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. We are committed to providing you with competitive products, which necessitates that we share information about you to complete the transaction on your behalf, namely our credit card processor. We do not knowingly collect, store or share with third parties any personal identifying information we obtained on our web site. We may ask you for your e-mail address, and if supplied, we look to this as permission to market products and services from Nav-Data Technologies. We do not share your e-mail address with any outside parties.

Our server collects standard non-identifying information about visits to our site, such as the date and time visited and IP address (internet protocol address – a string of four numbers separated by periods used to represent a computer’s address on the internet). This information is used to compile standard statistics on site use. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Q:  How do you ship your products and when can I expect to receive them?
A:  Most orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days. Normally, we ship ground transportation. However, we can provide overnight delivery at an additional cost.

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

  • $0.01 to $100 ships for $9.95
  • $100.01 to $200 ships for $14.95
  • $200.01 to $400.00 ships for $19.95
  • Call for quotes on other size orders
  • Overnight: Most orders can be delivered the next business day for an additional $19.95. For air service please provide daytime phone where you can be reached and a street address.

We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States of America. Ground shipping not available for AK and HI. Please add $5.00 per order if shipping to AK or HI.

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive with standard shipping (we ship via USPS and UPS). We take pride in customer service and strive to expedite every order.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all Nav-Data products. Just return the the undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling (credit card orders will be credited back to credit card). Be sure to include purchase reciept. We also guarantee our Nav-Data Kneeboard, headsets and intercoms for two years against defects in materials and workmanship. Nav-Data Kneeboards will, at its option, replace or repair any kneeboard or accessory that is defective in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not apply to Nav-Data Technologies products that have been broken or damaged by misuse, accident, or any failure to provide reasonable care to the products. For service under this guarantee, purchaser should send the defective product with proof and date of purchase, postage paid insured and securely packaged to prevent breakage to:

This is Nav-Data Technologies sole guarantee to purchasers of Nav-Data Kneeboards and communication products. Nav-Data Technologies specifically excludes all other warranties or guarantees including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 30 day satisfaction, Repair or replacement as described above shall be Nav-Data Technologies only obligation under this guarantee, and in no event shall Nav-Data Technologies be responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Any risk, either actual or potential, associated with the use of any Nav-Data Technologies product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
